The Neighborhood:

This flat conveniently located in the heart of Tel Aviv is ideal for business people seeking easy access to the business neighborhood on Rothschild Boulevard as well as holiday makers who are more interested by the famous beaches, the trendy shops of Neve Tzedek or the atmosphere of the Carmel Market, as well as the restaurants and bars.



Nachalt Binyamin is a winding, tree-lined street that runs through Tel-Aviv and boasts some of the city’s best restaurants, bars, and shops. Its colourful appearance offers an escape from hectic Allenby Street, which runs parallel to Nachalt Binyamin and is of a much noisier and busier character. Nachalt Binyamin is especially known for its weekly arts and crafts market that’s been an integral part of the street’s livelihood since it opened in 1988. Every Tuesday and Friday, the street transforms into a creative cluster of local artists selling and showcasing an array of their creations from stained glass mezuzahs and handmade jewellery to beautifully carved wooden boxes.



Getting Around:

No need for a car as the property is right in the center of town.
