'Arrived in the early morning staff was there to get us checked in. First room smelled awful from the Air conditioner like stale cigarette smell. Staff was able to switch us rooms. Second room smelled better. Hotel needs updated. Ceiling tiles missing through the hallway. Tons of parking. Great location being by the highways.'

'Everything was great except that we did not get the room that we paid for. The pictures showed a jacuzzi tub, but, once there, no jacuzzi? When I asked about it, they blamed Expedia for the misleading photos and offered to get the room for me for an additional $100? No way. Wouldn't even offer any comp for our troubles. It was a nice place, but the experience still fell short and the staff was no help at all.'
