'The room had a large amount of hairs (shaved hairs) in the bathroom on the floor behind the door. I stayed there over 2 weeks ago and have still not received my deposit back. It still shows as pending on my bank side. The staff states it just takes a while for it to complete. It was not thoroughly cleaned after the last guest. I won’t stay here again, that is for certain!'

'We have stayed her before and the stay was nice. But it seems this hotel has been taken over by a new owner and have let things slide. I called the day of check-in to see what the latest we could check-in. He could not answer my question. We got to the hotel. The same person was at the front desk and tried to explain the issue with the A/C. It did not work. We still couldn't figure it out when we got to the room. The hallway had a bad odor. 'Room and bathroom were clean, bed was not that comfortable. It was too firm for my liking. Door key cards were a pain, I had issues every time I tried to use and had to have reset twice during a two night stay. Breakfast was what you would expect. Parking was easy.'

'Room was very dirty and when we showed pictures to the front desk agent, they seemed very unconcern and offered merely to move us to a different room, which I'm sure would not have been much cleaner. We really wanted a discount or an extra night added to our stay. Whole time we were treated with a very dismissive attitude as though we were in a budget hotel, and couldn't expect more than pubic hairs on the toilet, dirty Q-tips on the floor, a broken hair dryer, broken clothes hangers, half empty...

'The kitchen was not fully equipped for cooking. The AC did not keep my room cool. The wasn't clean the floors felt gritty even with my shoes on. The floors felt like you were walking on sand.,'

'We had to wait outside till someone showed up to check us in. The room was falling apart and I didn’t investigate much past the fridge that had white stuff running down it and slime all over it. We turned around went back to the car.'
