'This place is a real gem! The location is very beautiful opposite of the temple. The personnel is also very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is superb! And also lunch and dinner is very good. They have their own veggie garden en also there is a small beach with recliners and towels. From there you can have a swim in the Nile! Altogether a really relaxed and beautiful option when you want to be at a special location in Aswan. '

'This was such a cute stay! I stayed for 2 nights and it felt so quaint and charming, made me feel like I was in Greece! I was nervous about figuring out how to get to the hotel on the island, but the hotel staff was kind enough to arrange a ride and water taxi for me. The spa services were also excellent! Was so relaxing and I highly recommend. The food was also delicious. The staff are so attentive to you, and treat you like royalty! '

'If there was a 10 star rating I could select I would. The hotel is beautiful right on the Nile. The Nubian architecture and ambiance is stunning. Karim and is whole team gave my wife and I one the best experiences we’ve ever had. From arranging taxis, boat rides as well as providing us with recommendations for Egyptologists They truly made us feel at home and like family. The chef came and introduced himself our first out of our four night stay. He accommodated our Vegetarian diets superbly....

'Amazing staff, the property manager was extremely helpful and helped me work out a way for my pickup driver to find the location. They are right next to Philae Marina and provides a convenient way to start your day going to the island. I highly recommend this location. '

'The shuttle is really convenient because it is far away from the airport. It is a tiny place, nothing fancy or luxurious. The people are super kind and helpful. The restaurant near the Nile is beautiful, and the food is so tasty. If you like to disconnect from everything with no pretension, this is the place. It needs a bit of maintenance, but it is a comfortable place.'

'Wow!! An incredible find- book now!! The staff is incredible & hospitality always with a joy filled smile. Incredibly well decorated with amazing combination of Nubian & Greek influence. Actually met the designer, she works at the hotel & I praised her on the decor!! Food was good, large portions & fresh. Walked the village with bright colored homes, market shops & camels. Bed were comfortable. Views spectacular!!'

'Beatiful and aesthetic location. Great view of the river Nile and city of Aswan. The staff is super freiendly and helpful. Wonderful experience. Great location to take instagrammable pictures and videos. Only pain point - there was no WiFi, as their internet reception was being affected by wind. Need to invest in better infrastructure for connectivity services. But everything else was wonderful.'

'Eminente plaats om wat langer te blijven, gasten worden omgeven met zorg en comfort. Heel plezierig gelegen op eilandje in de Nijl, net buiten het hete en overdrukke Aswan. Tocht met pontje is al feest. Reusachtig zwembad, omgeven door groen. Vlak naast Nubisch dorpje, ideaal voor pittoreske avondwandeling. Uitbundig ontbijt. Schitterend uitzicht over de Nijl en omgeving vanuit de hoge toren, waar ook bar en high-tea kunnen worden genoten.'

'Great location and amazing room with great and helpful staff. It can be a little difficult to find the entrance door but everybody on the island is very helpful. The little ferry runs every 10mins for only 10£. Great stay. We would come back! '
