Info na 1 maand in februari te verblijven
Bij aankomst ik en mijn vrouw keuken kasten van binnen en buiten afgewassen.bestek borden en glazen afgewassen.Daarna de meubels afgewassen,gestofzuigd en gedweild en dan was het proper redelijk goed appartement,behalve netheid bij aankomst liet veel te wensen over. Foto van terras klopt niet staan 2stoelen en zitbank geen tafel,geen airco plafond ventilatie. Geen koffiezet aanwezig,pannen en potten totaal versleten hebben zelf pan aangekocht. Na al dit werk hebben we een goed verlof gehad,we hopen dat u het ook proper houd is een kleine moeite.

We had a really lovely time Very nice complex the apartment was very nice and had everything we needed.The pool bar was top quality very reasonably price and food was good. The staff were very friendly.It is up a hill but we coped with it. Would definitely recommend it.

We have some musts when we book an apartment. Sorry to say a lot in the description of this apartment is false. A lot of things not were and a some things from the pictures are gone or changed. The apartment seemed clean at first glance but thats just the surfaces, fridge freezer cabinets, drawers, dishes, tv, remotes a.s.o. is very dirty. Not to speak of the vacuum (probobly not emptied or cleaned in years) and bruches. Pots and pans are awfully bad, and not even have any lids. Why keep shoes in a kitchen cabinet with the food? Some tings missing, some very imprtant! Air-conditioning, coffee machine, Dryer, DVD player, film library, BBQ/gril, ice machine, coffee grinder, toilet paper, spare linnen and towels, fire extinguisher, smoke detector, first aid kit, bikes (supposed to be bikes for gusts to use). Balcony furniture vas changed to a small sofa set so not able to have breakfast and meals outside! Everything is said to be "new in the apartment, bathroom, furniture etc." A lie, most is very old and even falling apart :( Supposed to be a key to a gate, did not exist. Also a night the gates of the community facing the city was locked, no info about it and you have to walk around the block. Communication was non existing, had to ask for check in instructions (not even accurate) our self. No asking how everything was, not even a reply when we told Ed we had to leave Tenerife early due to emergency at home. The apartment could be nice if someone cared.

We picked this apartment for a quiet relaxing self catering break in Tenerife. The apartment was clean and as described, we would not hesitate to rebook. The owner was great to deal with as he quickly responded to messages and provided a detailed info pack which enabled a smooth no contact check in and check out. He also granted us a late check out which allowed us to enjoy the last day of our holiday.....Thanks!

Great short break
Was only here for four days, Was pleased with the apartment, Had all we needed even though we weren’t there much as out visiting various areas. You can grab a taxi out the front or walk a short way to get a bus which we did up to fanabe beach We made of use of the tv and all the channels 😀 the Wi-Fi was great and what we needed to use In the kitchen was all there. We ate out everyday at various restaurants, the pool bar was good and the area kept clean, I do think there maybe a shortage of sunbeds in the busier months as they were all used whilst we were here so maybe a few more would be something to think about. Would love to return in a few months for a week or 2 and I would happily book this place again if available. Communication with Ed was great and his instructions and paperwork he sent through before hand was very helpful.

This place truly had it all. Close by the bus station, 10-15 Min walk to the beach and very peaceful, away from the chaos. But not only, the flat was full of everything that you needed on an every day basis and more, including a cooling bag and ice pack in the freezer to take your drinks and food to the beach, beach towels, etc Thoroughly enjoyed it, will definitely stay here again, if we go back to Tenerife

Thanks for the review, but i don't know how you can blame the beds if you suffer from back pain. the Mattresses are memory foam high quality. i suppose any bed apart from your own your always going to suffer !! You are the first to highlight the amount of beds on offer. so will take this up with management

Great apartment , good WiFi , every channel you can think about on TV. Really good directions from Ed to the apartment. Only downside are the sunbeds on the terrace really uncomfortable but that's down to the resort.

Excellent apartment
The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing break in Los Christianos. Communication with the owner and his instructions were spot on. The pool and the cabana poolside bar/cafe provide and excellent service and not too pricey. The area has various restaurants, bars and supermarkets to suit most needs. We will look to book again.

Ideal location for relaxing holiday
Apartment was very well appointed,clean and efficient.Cabana pool house saved us cooking anything,after all it was also my wifes holiday as well.Spoilt for choice as to where to eat,some with entertainment,some without depends on what you wanted.All in all an ideal location for some r & r.

Lovely apartment in great location.
The apartment was spotless, well equipped. The balcony view is priceless, and gets the sun for most of the day. Plenty of restaurants in easy walking distance. Would have no hesitation recommending to others.

Wir haben zwei Wochen in der Wohnung verbracht. Es war keine Klimanalage vorhanden, wie es in der Beschriebung erwähnt wurde. Die Ventilatoren waren auch nicht so funktionsfähig. Sonst war der Rest in Ordnung.

Beautiful, clean and quite modern apartment will defo be back
We had a wonderful stay here, small but lovely balcony with sea view, spacious apartment with ceiling fans and stand fans in both rooms with was fantastic, great pool and cafe bar which was very reasonable priced. Bars, restaurants and shops 5 mins walking and a supermarket other side of building (go past the pool for quickness) will defo be back

Cosy Apartment in Los Diamantes Complex, Los Cristianos.
Stayed here for 9 nights as a couple from Feb.28th and grateful to have escaped the 'Beast from the East'! The apartment is easy to find in the Los Diamantes (Phase 2) complex with the main entrance through Club Tenerife. It is generally well equipped with functional furniture and utensils. The balcony receives sun for much of the day which is a big plus as is the fact that it is well located with a range of good restaurants within easy walking distance. A handy supermarket just yards away provides most basics that you may need. The apartment is clean and functional with open plan kitchen and lounge area. Two bikes are available for use but you do need some pedal power to get up the fairly steep hill as you approach the complex. A rather small bedroom with two single beds completes the space available. Wi-Fi is available free of charge or for a faster speed you can pay a supplement at reception. Our only real negatives would be that the towels and bedding provided could have been of much better quality (also note there is no maid service available). As we were well aware, there is no air conditioning so not sure how the fans would have coped in really hot weather. Los Diamantes is a 3 star complex with its own small swimming pool - it also has a good bar / café with very friendly staff and reasonable prices. Another good aspect was that there was plenty of sunbeds at this time of year for guests to use as well as a sun terrace with scenic views towards the coast. Ed, the owner of the property is easy to deal with and communicates promptly. Overall, we were pleased to stay in this apartment which although fairly basic, was in our opinion still good value for money.

Everything we could have hoped for.
We stayed for three weeks, 21st November-12th December 2017. The apartment was spotless, modern, comfortable, well equipped and also cosy. We enjoyed the best holiday we have had for a very long time. The complex is lovely, lovely clean pool and great pool bar run by two Italians who could not be more helpful as are the reception staff. There are multiple bars and restaurants within easy reach, all of which offer great food, drink and entertainment. We are already planning to return to this apartment next year and highly recommend it. Debby & Alan

Had a lovely time in Tenerife , apartment very modern &clean ,pool and bar never too busy so always got sunbed , shops &bars all round &lots of lovely restaurants for evening meals when cooler . Only little moan was would have liked to use bikes but lock combination was not right number 😁

Lovely apartment
This apartment was lovely. It had all of the basics we needed for a 'self catering' stay. Nearby was a supermarket, some restaurants and some bars. The pool was clean and wasn't overly busy ever. The beach is a 10-15min walk away, but the return trip is uphill which was fine by us, but bothered some of our neighbours!

A great stay, cosy, clean apartment
As a regular holiday traveller to Tenerife, I/we have stayed at a number of different apartments in the area. I can honestly say its easily within the top three apartments we have experienced in Tenerife. It was very clean, bright, modern and a well maintained apartment at a very reasonable rental cost for the area. Although I could not find a safe deposit box in the apartment, it was a very secure/safe apartment due to its layout on the complex and we felt confident in leaving the apartment for our days out away on the Island. The complex itself was compact and smart and had its own friendly life guard around the pool area until 6pm. The bar in the complex area next to the pool was run by a very friendly British couple, which in turn attracted several friendly local regulars. Food and drink from the bar was very reasonably priced and the food was amazing! The BBQ spare ribs and lasagna is a must try!! Within a short distance from the complex, there were many different bars/eating out places and plenty of things to do/see, also keeping my young daughter occupied at a huge play area in a near by shopping centre. Ed, the apartments owner was polite, friendly and down to earth. He really was on the ball from start to finish with everything. I would not hesitate to recommend anybody to stay at this lovely apartment. If we decide to stay in the same area again, this home from home apartment would definitely be our first choice.........

Really nice compact apartment, everything you need and more.(even sky) Ed the owner is on the end of a phone with any issues and a nice man to speak to. Great complex with lovely pool bar and 5 minutes walk gets you to some great bars and restaurants. You really must visit Rimmimi Italian restaurant, we went 3 times in total after recommendation. Everything we had was brill.

Enjoyable Stay
The apartment looked exactly as in the pictures. All we needed was in there and we felt like from home to home. As we stayed during the Easter break, the pool area was crowded, which was not a problem for us, but it was emusing to watch how the other pool lovers fought for their places and tried to take loungers and parasols away for their benefit. I found it really fanny. Once the Easter break was over, it became quieter and we could choose whichever place we fancied around the swimming pool. We did appreciate the washing machine which was quite handy as we did not take too many cloths with us. And the bycicles on the balcony did not take any space and were not disturbing as it was written in one's comment. We would love to came back again next year.
