'Nice little hotel. It seemed like it was new. Clean and not far off the interstate. There is not much around the hotel but other hotels, so not a good spot if you like to walk places. The breakfast was primarily bread based items, so if you want eggs and bacon, you'd need to go somewhere else. The staff was friendly and prompt. "Really nice location just outside downtown. It's just a 15/20 walk to Broadway. The hotel itself is a little bit outdated. When we were there, new beds and carpet was there so I guess they're upgrade, the rooms. It's pretty clean, but it smells old. Breakfast is just average for this kind of hotel. Staff can be more friendly. But after all, a good stay! "
