'Rooms were clean. The staff was amazing; our flight got delayed resulting on a late arrival at the hotel. They answered each time we called the hotel to update on our arrival for the transportation arrangements. The transportation was very nice, felt safe riding to the hotel at 3-4 am. At the time of our arrival, the staff was expecting us with everything ready for a quick check in process, and they allowed us to stay past the check out time to allow us for a proper rest. Would recommend this...

'I will openly admit I chose this hotel purely based on its location, and for the fact that it was in James Bond’s Spectre. It was my first time in Mexico City so I wanted a hotel that was in the historical centre. I literally cannot say enough about the hotel. The room was beautiful (I had a junior suite) overlooking the Zocalo—clean, comfy bed, nice bath amenities, etc. The hotel itself is an icon from another era, with one of four of the largest glass ceilings in the world—absolutely...

'The service at the hotel is fantastic, and the spa is small but very nice (and again with excellent service). The bed was probably the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! Only downsides were the shower (low water pressure) and the breakfast (I ordered eggs and didn’t eat it because the quality was so mediocre)'
