This is purely a holiday rental and no one shares the apartment with you, when you book you are booking the entire apartment.
The property is pet-friendly and dogs are welcome.
From Oct to early Dec 25 there are some external works happening on the building on weekdays between 7am and 4pm. While the works are not within our unit, you may notice some extra activity and occasional noise during the day, as well as reduced parking availability in the area. A 20% discount is offered for weekday bookings and 10% for weekend bookings. (Weekend bookings coming in after 3pm on Fridays should not be impacted by building noise)
We have sourced alternative parking arrangements if a park at the rear of the block is unavailable. (There is more availability for parking onsite at the rear of the block during the weekend when the workers are offsite).
Street parking along the unit block is 2-hour limit to 6 pm and is free.
Parking station in Wilson Road - 24 hours free parking - about 3 min walk from the unit
Terrigal Esplanade - up the hill is a 24 free car park near the beach.
Terrigal Beach car park and 81 Terrigal Esplanade - free parking down towards restaurants and shops.

I usually try not to give low ratings. I am a vacation rental owner myself, so I understand a lot goes into hosting. The kitchen was functional with all the appliances working. We didnt use the oven so cant comment on that. The laundry was working asHere are the things that were not working or matching to the listing- There was no Grill in the apartment- If you had one youtube video streaming, nothing else on the internet will work. I had to take work zoom calls and they kept freezing- There were different size cockroaches every where in the house- The masterbedroom moved everytime you got on it or tried to rest on the headboard- When using the laundry machine water was leaking from the tapAnother thing to note: The balcony looks over a very very very very busy road. Even at 11:00 PM several trucks and cars drive by just below the balcony. So the peace the photos convey, is not felt in reality.For the price this apartment charged, I could have stayed at the Crown Plaza right next and could have gotten amenities.

Weekend getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this property over the weekend. The house was clean, well presented, and exactly as described. Communication with Jenny, the property manager, was excellent—she was responsive and helpful throughout. The check-in and check-out processes were clear and easy to follow, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The location was also very convenient, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Highly recommend!

We've been using Jenny's Retreats for nearly 15 years, and she has been hands on and personalised the entire time.She's there when you accidentally leave something behind, with extra firewood to keep the place cosy (Culburra), and provide a yummy goodie bag for the stay.Our second time here and we will return!

Good base for Terrigal and area

We loved exploring Terrigal and the local area. Highlights for us were the coastal walk at Bouddi and catching the ferry from Ettalong to Palm Beach and walking up to Barrenjoey Lighthouse. The property was comfortable and had everything we needed. The building itself was quiet but there can be noise from the street, especially at weekends.

A great waterfront escape

The apartment was great- and the proximity to everything was fantastic!But with proximity comes traffic noise- so if you are a light sleeper- bring some ear buds - esp on a weekend!Overall a great stay and definitely recommend for a family or group of friends.

The minute you walked in the door you were in awe of the beautiful view. The apartment was lovely and had everything required for a relaxing comfortable stay. Its location is perfect with everything Terrigal has to offer right on your doorstep. Will definitely be booking another trip soon
