'The staff were very friendly and accommodating—they even stayed late to check me in since I was arriving on the last ferry, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience. The only downside was that the refrigerator wasn’t working.'

'The room is a bit on the small side. The heating/cooling unit doesn't work properly so expect to be either too hot or too cold. No staff is around after 5 so if you need something you are on your own. To me the bed was comfortable as it is soft and I am a side sleeper. The pillows are on the flat side and need to be replaced. The shower head is also needing repair or replacing. Little details like this are important to truely make this place Bliss.'
