'My husband and l honeymooned here. We were her 4 days and had no hot water until late afternoon on the last day. The listing is inaccurate as well. There is no pull out sofa, the bicycles are flat, there is water damage in the kitchen with open holes and the washer/dryer combo door does not lock so it pops open mid wash. I highly recommend another rental. We reached out daily about the water and other concerns with minimal effort for remediation.'

'The space was clean cozy and comfortable for two. I would highly recommend this apt for quiet getaway. The koi pond and yard are gorgeous! The outdoor space is great for relaxing.'

'Pleasing aesthetic. Appreciated the preservation of the wood floors, high ceilings and grand staircase. Views were onteresting but I wish I could have seen through the glass better. Water in the kitchen was hot, tepid in the shower. Big closet - there were some nails pounded in the door so the lack of hangers wasn't a deal breaker. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, kleenex, toilet roll hanger & bath soap. They provided one of those rodent bait traps on the pantry floor. Window unit A/Cs did...

'Kitchen was fully stocked… the property was ideal and family friendly. The beach was private and connected to the property. Many of the other condos are across the street. The pool and hot tub added so much value to our time at the beach. '

'A few good things…we got to check in early. The condo was located in a great location. The condo had everything we needed, minus the toilet paper shortage which they did correct and it ended up being fine. Now a few complaints…the floors were not swept. The shower was dirty. The bathroom needs some TLC…rotted base boards and quarter round seems like an easy fix to me…you’re making a lot money on your rental make it nice! I loved the decorations but it’s the little details and cleanliness that...

'Peeling paint on the front door, broken walls next to the entry door, with a plank nailed to block access, rundown feeling, dead bugs when you open the sofa bed. Sofa bed is pretty worn out, and you can feel the springs. AC is positioned to blow right on the main queen bed. Microwave does not work.'

'Very clean!! Cute place right on the beach. We left our vehicle while we were gone on 7 day cruise and it was kept safe on the property behind locked gates! Owner was very helpful and communicated well!'
