'Room was clean staff wasn’t really helpful exactly for the last set the bar she was nice'

'Grote ruime kamer en goed bed. Wel douchen in een bak en met gordijntje wat een natte vloer oplevert. Daarentegen een prima ontbijt met o.a. vers fruit.'

'24 hour coffee right off the elevator in the lobby. Nice!!!'

'The rooms were clean just a little outdated. The staff were friendly. Parking was great. It has a lot of traffic and construction. People were leaving the door open in the back would be my only complaint. Breakfast was pretty good.'

'Big clean room (2 queens) bumpy bed. With fridge and tv. Breakfast was very good. Wafels and pancake maker also English breakfast. But the service is very bad! Bath tap kept running, made 3 time's a complain. Everytine is was new and agsin promisses to send maintanance. He/she never came. 3 nights sleep with a running bathtap is no pleasure I can tell you. No cleaning of the room. When I asked they would clean by 2 days. It was 2 days and then sudden oh then it is 3.... I can make my own...

'Clean room, friendliest staff (especially Anthony), best complimentary breakfast I've had, & every we needed was walking distance from hotel including the concert venue!'

'The staff was very friendly and customer service oriented. Our room was lacking a clothes rod and we had no hot water in the shower but had hot water in the sink. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was a nice, quiet stay. The hallway on the first floor , the elevator and 3rd floor had the strongest marijuana smell I have ever experienced. It did not cross in to our hotel room but it triggered a migraine headache. I don’t know if I will be rebooking at this property. I typically stay at the nearby...

'The building smelled like gas, when this issue was brought up to staff there seemed to be no urgency on their part to investigate. We moved rooms, but the smell remained. It smelled in the hallways, and inside the rooms. We ended up leaving early which was extremely inconvenient, but better safe than sorry. I had my kid with me, and we all felt very sluggish and had headaches, my kid was coughing and not feeling well. No way of knowing if it was related to the gas issue, but we felt way better...

'Good hotel, certainly for this price. Compared to the Double-tree Inn which is next to the hotel, the experience is exactly the same but the price is much cheaper and wireless and breakfast are included.'
