It's great being right in the village to be walking distance to everything. But the hrs of a lot of the shops and dinning are terrible. It's a Saturday night, why did it seem like most places were closed very early.

Great check in and nicely updated room. Everything within walking distance, however we were switched from the Grand Georgian to Seasons Blue when we arrived, which was under renovations, so it was very dusty and smelled highly of paint in the lobby.

We had our ac unit not working for the first night, repair man David showed up around 9:30am and was able to replace broken compressor in a 1/2 hour. He was pleasant and so kind to our son. I give him 5 stars !!!!

The amenities of all the restaurants and stores were nice. I cheked in at the Blue Moutain Inn and the staff there were very nice and friendly. However, the hotel had walls, doors, and furniture had many scratches. As well, the hotel room smelt like wet dog. My key did not work. Internet was poor also resulted in the t.v. disconnect often. Also always lots of construction.

Was in the Weider Lodge, had a great lodge feel through its design. I enjoyed the area and the village considering its spring. My only issue was the TV and the entertainment service available through it. The remote did not work, it was clunky and laggy to operate. The actual on-demand or device share options did not work, you couldnt connect your music..heck it was impossible to even get to the cable guide screen at times. Very disappointed in this aspect, one just expects better in 2024 and specially at a highly respected resort at Blue Mountain.

I stayed there for my daughter's dance competition and we were all just getting over not being well and the heat in the room was 80 degrees! I called and they sent a nice maintenance man who fixed it for a little while but then in the middle of the night it was 80 degrees again and none of us could sleep, so I called again in the morning and the same thing then the following night it went back up to 80 degrees again. It wasn't full as it was their off season, wondering why we weren't give another room with proper HVAC. It was a horrible experience with 0 sleep.

The room and location are great. Our only complaint was the fitness facilities. No weights at all and the only machine was broken. The fitness facilities should be upgraded or stop advertising them.

Unfortunately the village had most attractions closed this week. The attractions were open when I booked. Wish I looked closer to the date. Parking was perfect. Hot tub was closed so we didnt have much to do. Most of our room was clean except the toilet had a bunch of hair in it and the shower as well. No dish cloths to wash the dishes I probably wouldn’t recommend or go back.

The reason for the overall rating of three stars is as a result of the actual room that we were put in which looked great, was clean, etc but had no hot running water and was on the fourth floor of a building undergoing major renovations on the first two floors. We should not have been assigned this room by the front desk when we arrived. Once the problem was identified, the staff did everything possible to help us deal with the problem and provided a very acceptable resolution. The staff could not have been more helpful or responsive given the circumstances. This resort property itself is in a very scenic location with lots of amenities and things to do.

We celebrated my birthday and we couldn’t have picked a better place, the room was so nice and they left me a little birthday treat which was so sweet! Love that the balcony showed the village and the hill. Will definitely book again when we go back to blue mountain!
