'I booked this motel because the Expedia listing prominently showed a beautiful river view, which was the main reason I chose it over cheaper options. However, the Queen room I was first given faced the road and had no view at all. When I raised the issue, I was told that only King rooms have a view and that I would need to pay an upgrade fee.
