'Prachtig zwembad op het dak met een prachtig uitzicht. Erg nette lobby en ook schone kamers. Alleen wat geluidsoverlast van het verkeer rondom het hotel.'

'The staff were MARVELLOUS. BUT how the hotel is managed is a joke. Facility management is non existent. We didn’t get any sleep as there was loud constant humming sound. We were told it’s the water pipe system and there was nothing they could do '

'Super leuk hotel wij hebben op Vue Bar op nieuwjaar wisseling een fantastisch feestje gehad perfect georganiseerd. '

'Personeel was vriendelijk en servicegericht. Goede taxi/shuttle service naar diverse plaatsen. Het ontbijtbuffet was zeer goed en uitgebreid. '

'Hotel is ok, rooms and breakfast a bit simplistic. Bed was too small and too hard.'

'Rooms can be a cleaner. Good location.'

'Standard drop from the last stay when I was there. The customer service not as good. Airport shuttle wasn't arranged properly. The housekeeping missed cleaning my room and the laundry need to call them to deliver to my room instead of placing them in my room when ready.'

'kamer stonk naar riol en hotel is een beetje out of date is het net niet '

'Clean rooms Shops near hotel Friendly staff'

'Cozy and clean stay. The staff were nice to us and gave us a heads-up if they were going to knock on the room, like when giving us towels. The place is accessible, and as the name suggests, the bed was thick and the pillows were heavenly soft. And the breakfast, please choose the fried rice! One of my go-to's here. Will come back soon!'

'courteous staff'

'Too noisy close to freeway and filthy everywhere'

'well-maintained facilities and a peaceful atmosphere, Eastbay Residence truly stands out as a fantastic living experience. Highly recommend! '
