'I have read ads about Excelsior a while back but I felt it was too expensive considering its location. This time their price was reduced to a reasonable price so I booked. Other than the fact than parking is separated and there is no walkway to the hotel, all were excellent from well appointed rooms and beddings and very courteous staff.'

'Very quiet hotel . Very high class . Not many guests . Set up very well for families in terms of kid activities . Cheap rates currently as not well established . Great gym ! Staff were nice . Very transparent payment system in terms of the deposit vs room service charges . I would not hesitate to return . From a scientific/academic point of view a good place to hold conferences etc '

And they told me that my reservation wasn't at chesla tower2 they just use that address and try to redirect me to some other location. They told me that if i wanted to stay i had to pay again. So i had to find another hotel room somewhere else. This was a very horrible experience for me and ruined my trip when i get back home i will finish filing my claim with Expedia hoping to get reimbursed for what i have...

They will fool you to get your refund the next day, but truth is, they will not process it until you're checked out.
