'Hotel is ok in general, location is great, restaurant is good, terras is super. Check-in went fast but totally wrong. Suddenly there were other guests in my room, double booked. Then my room card was not working anymore. Booked 3 rooms, all 3 rooms overcharged by 100usd. At the end they fixed all the issues but had to go to reception multiple times. 'I had a great time at La Luz. The top side bar had great music with a good view of down town San Antonio. Love the security, but parking is a bit of a different taste. There's available parking but because it's near everywhere, you'll have to pay with an app. Overall, I would do it again with the great comfortable of La Luz.'

'The place is beautiful on the inside. I loved everything about it. We enjoyed our stay. Only issue we had was in one bed there were ants in the bed the first few nights in which we got bitten a few times and woke up and killed them. Aside from that, our stay was very enjoyable and the condo is beautiful. '

The guests in the weekend are not so nice, free breakfast is enormously popular- people tend to binch as much as possible and spill on chairs and floors, egg and other stuff, which really anoyed me! On Monday very nice sm decent people. The weekend guest also drink amd bring glass bottles to the pool which is not safe in my opinion. No guard there. '

"Groundfloor looks nice, but rooms are old and lifts are very small. No diner available, this can be bought in adjacent restaurant with the same name. We where told it has no affiliation with the hotel. Rooms are big but outdated and bathroom was also out of date and uncomfortable."
"Nice hotel at the right location of San Antonio. Just a few minutes from the river walk and a few steps from the Alamo. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is good if you want breakfast burritos.
