'Everything was amazing .We loved the room , it was very clean and felt like we were at home.The staff was very helpful, especially Mr Jarrod ,he was great at communicating before , during and after check-out .He is such a amazing person.The only downside was the parking , but that is only due to construction .I would definitely book again.'

Only issue we had was in one bed there were ants in the bed the first few nights in which we got bitten a few times and woke up and killed them. "Parking tariff are a rip off. Everytime you leave the parking they charge 20 usd plus tax overnight is 34 usd. Parking is more expensive then staying there. Whoever thought of this policy should be fired."
"Groundfloor looks nice, but rooms are old and lifts are very small. No diner available, this can be bought in adjacent restaurant with the same name. We where told it has no affiliation with the hotel. Rooms are big but outdated and bathroom was also out of date and uncomfortable."
"Nice hotel at the right location of San Antonio. Just a few minutes from the river walk and a few steps from the Alamo. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is good if you want breakfast burritos. The bar (all say happy hour) was a bit boring. Staff was friendly. The valet was pretty expensive, but that's the same at all hotels."
"Op loopafstand van de riverwalk. Parkeerplaats voor €32 plus belasting zou van je deposit afgehaald worden. Werkelijkheid is dat na ruim een week nog steeds de reservering van de deposit op mijn credit card staat en de parkeerkosten ook al in rekening is gebracht.
