'Zeer ruime fijne hotelkamer met grote badkamer. Minpuntje was dat de TV geen streaming services ondersteunde (het personeel kon het in ieder geval niet aan de praat krijgen). De stoom cabine in de spa was ook niet beschikbaar 1 van de dagen van mijn verblijf. Pedicure in de spa was meer een massage dan een pedicure- ik moest alsnog elders gel lak vervangen, dat deden ze niet in het hotel. Had ik dat geweten dan had ik een andere behandeling geboekt. Wel heel vriendelijk personeel in de spa....

I stayed in Lyall Melbourne. That was a true 5 star boutique hotel in a very nice area. Ok, prices differ between Sydney and Melbourne, but...

'Stayed 1 night for my bday. Did not look like online pics eg worn and dated. No free water bottles. Body wash bottle was not refilled and had to call for a refill. Floors cracked and even though said soundproofed could hear people in other rooms. I will not stay here again.'

'Unfortunately we had to ask for a new room as the club across the road could be very clearly heard and I. The new room we were met with an old toe nail clipping …. Usually flawless we were left wishing we had booked somewhere else. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean '

'Stayed here one night before a cruise. The location is perfect. We took the train from the airport and a short, easy walk to this hotel. We also just walked to the cruise the next morning. Incredibly easy. The hotel is great. We didn't utilize any of the restaurants or bars but the room was good. We were early but our room was ready. They could have checked our luggage if not. The Bell boy brought our luggage up to our room with us. Would definitely stay here again and recommend. '
