'The room was very spacious and had all the amenities that you expect from the Quest brand. The single beds were tiny, so made them uncomfortable for sleeping on and I ended up sleeping on the couch. The staff were terrific and the location was perfect. It was a 2 min walk to the Chermside shopping centre, 10 mins to the Services Club and the Indian restaurant next door was the best that we have had in a long time! Will come back if they invest in king single beds.'

The décor feels premium and well thought through, and overall the physical environment is a strong highlight. However, the service fell short of what I would expect from a five-star property. At check-in, there was no staff member to escort me to the room or provide a brief introduction to the hotel facilities and room...

'Stayed in the king room and it was awesome. Heaps of space and very clean. Bed was comfy and the room was very quiet. The free lolly bar in the foyer was a nice touch! Best place I’ve stayed at in Brisbane!'

'Een zeer goede ervaring in een hostel. Je hebt een en-suite badkamer die je deelt met enkel jouw kamer. Iedereen krijgt een kast die op slot kan en waar je jouw valies en meer kan insteken. Jouw bed is afgeschermd zoald een pod zodat je toch jouw privacy hebt. Zeker een aanrader! '

'Great location with a short walk, train, or Uber to wherever you need to go. Suite was well-appointed with all required kitchen items …lower lighted lamps appreciated as many places have poor bright lighting with no dimmer switches. Washer/dryer was great to have (came home with a full suitcase of clean clothes) Rooftop pool was very nice with good sun access. Front desk staff were great. Would definitely stay here again. '
