"We chose this hotel mainly for its location near the DDP, which was very convenient. Unfortunately, aside from the location, the experience was disappointing. The hotel is in poor condition, looking old and poorly maintained. Cleanliness was a major issue. Even though we put up the “please clean my room” sign every day, our room was never cleaned during our two-week stay. The bed was only made about four times, and while fresh towels were provided, no actual cleaning was done. The air-conditioning unit was dirty and triggered allergic reactions for me (I have asthma), so I had to sleep with a mask at night. The bed itself was very hard and uncomfortable, even for Korean standards. On a positive note, the front desk staff were friendly. However, the lack of proper cleaning and maintenance really affected our stay. I’ve stayed in better 2-star hotels, and I hope management addresses these issues."

"De locatie van dit hotel in de wijk Myeongdong is ideaal. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van 3 verschillende metrostations. Tevens halte van Airport Limousine Bus lijn 6015 aan de overkant van de avenue. Tevens zijn de wijken Myeongdong en Insadong op maximaal 10 minuten loopafstand. Het hotel zelf is van goede kwaliteit. Ruime en schone kamer, fijn bed en nette badkamer. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijtruimte is op de bovenste verdieping, maar hier hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt. "
