'Upon arrival, we had no hot water for an entire 6 day stay. Luke warm on most days at best for a few minutes. Reported several times, and this was with a full? Hotel during grad week. We were there for a celebration and funeral with no choice of switching with pre paid by Expedia. Wall paper was taped up in the lobby, and falling down across from our room on a fourth floor suite. This is the Second Fairfield/Marriot we stayed at in the last few weeks with issues. MARRIOT can do better than this...

'Very clean and the staff was very helpful. Bed was comfortable and HVAC worked well. The breakfast was among the very best we've ever had at any hotel. The two negatives were no availability of a microwave even in breakfast area and no make up mirror in the room'

'A couple of troubling things here. 1. Upon check-in, they practically insisted that we do a $25.00 deposit in CASH. In the morning when we were attempting to leave at 8 am, they told us that their office doesn't open until 9. We were not able to wait that long ... and after asking firmly 2 times, they finally came after a 15 minute wait. 2. The sheet on one of the beds had a hole bigger than the size of a hand. I called front desk, and they did provide an alternative flat.'

'You get what you pay for here and it was an inexpensive solution to an unexpected stay. There are no frills but you didn't pay for any. I couldn't shower because my shoes stuck to the bathroom floor and u was afraid to get in the shower. Office staff was super nice.'

'We reserved an assessable room. The bed was less than 18” off the floor and we struggled to get up and down. Also the bed frame was bent allowing the mattress from to fall another inch or two when there was weight on the left side of the bed. We were waiting for it to collapse during the night. Also the commons area was right outside our door. It was noisy up to 3:00am. We like the location near our daughter’s home and have stayed before. Between the noise and the bed we may have to rethink...
