'It's a different world at Hotel Chelsea. The attention to detail is obvious, from design to amenities. The staff has mastered the most difficult part of hospitality which is always to give the right answer while striking the right tone. Things are taken care of effortlessly and with pride. '

'Tijdens onze reis door Oost Amerika was dit hotel het hotel wat ons het meest aansprak. Netjes. Je kan de gehele dag koffie, frisdrank, fruit, muesli repen en zakjes chips pakken (dus geen wijn of bier). Het ontbijt is eenvoudig, maar van goede kwaliteit. Goede koffie, kwark, croissantjes en wat zoetigheid. Prettig publiek in het hotel. Een dikke tien voor degene die dit concept heeft bedacht. We hebben ervan genoten.'

'The hotel was phenomenal! We were greeting so warmly on arrival and given great dining and neighborhood tips by Ben- who was wonderful. The rooms were beautiful and all aspects of the hotel and dining/ bar spaces were gorgeous and full of character. We enjoyed The Portrait Bar a couple of times and had such fun. We also had breakfast in the restaurant and a spectacular dinner at Cafe Carmellini. I wish I could remember our server’s name because she was top notch.

The hotel has the sweetest staff and they will assist with any question/request!
The older rooms are a bit outdated but still very clean! The renovated rooms are absolutely perfect and the suites are HUGE!
The fact that they don’t serve breakfast is not an issue whatsoever as there are many breakfast options across, next or within 1min walking distance.
The street is carfree but it is still Broadway, you can’t really expect a soundproof room. It didnt bother...

'We got the double double family room with kitchenette and it was so spacious and comfortable. Having two bathrooms is also a big plus. We had a corner room and the view of Manhattan was amazing. Service from start to finish was top notch. Loved our stay! '

'We hadden een fantastisch verblijf in het Kixby hotel.
Overal dichtbij, prima grote kamer. Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Een mini verbeterpunt: de airco was direct naast een van de queensize bedden geplaatst, waardoor je echt werd weggeblazen gedurende de nacht. Met heet weer is het uitzetten van de airco geen optie. (Deels opgelost door een muur van kussens)'

Rooftop bar was very good. Rooms perfect, you feel safe because of the system with the elevators. We can only recommend this hotel. "
"Top locatie! Alles is dichtbij. Hotelpersoneel waren super behulpzaam. De manager was heel erg aardig. Daarnaast merk je niets van het geluid van buiten in de slaapkamer(s). Kleine maar prima gym. "

"Hele fijne locatie. Het was mij niet bekend dat er geen restaurant/ontbijtlokaal was. Het ontbijt was wel goed opgelost , je kon naar de overkant van de straat 2 consumpties naar keuze afhalen.
Ook was de rooftop gesloten. Dat vonden wij jammer.
Verder waren wij zeer tevreden."

"There is a lot of noise in the hotel. The walls are thin and next to room 310 there is something like a generator that makes a continuous noise. The shower also makes a lot of noise for hot water.
The employees at the reception are not very friendly, they don't even say good morning when you walk by.
The beds are very comfortable and the location is perfect. Just don't forget your earplugs to sleep well."
