'The area was very private, but we were there off-season. The cabin was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked wih dishes, pans, utensils. The knives were not very sharp making it difficult to cut chicken and vegetables. Description said, "seasonings", which means to me something beyond salt and pepper, but that was not the case. '

'Great place to stay. Very quiet and surrounding area, it is well kept and clean. Dan is a great host and there to give great ideas on activities and fantastic restaurants.Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate.But we still had a great time exploring the area. We definitely intend on returning next year and chatting around the fire right at the lake. Would highly recommend. We would also recommend the John Vincent winery and the Madison family diner for breakfast.'

'Vineyard Woods is a beautiful property located near Geneva on the Lake. The cottage is nestled in the woods and surrounded by a vineyard. Very picturesque and private for a romantic getaway. The cottage itself was clean and updated. The cottage had a quant porch with rockers and your own fire pit. Not to mention, Kosicek Vineyard/Winery within walking distance from the property. Had a wonderful weekend at your cottage/property and would recommend to anyone staying in the area.'

'Everything was great! From easy booking to check-in. The cabin was very clean and comfortable except there's no way to get the cool air back to the bedroom area and part of a blind was broken and anyone could see in i had to cover it with paper towles. That's all i had to work with. But overall it was a pleasant stay and would com back again '

'The Lazy Bear cabin was better than the pictures! It was perfect for the relaxation my wife and I needed. Within a quick drive to Geneva on the Lake and other attractions. Communication with Nicole was excellent. She responded personally and quickly. The cabin was exceptionally clean and had all of the creature comforts of home. We will definitely being booking the Lazy Bear again!'
