'it is a great motel for an overnight stay on the road it is clean and includes breakfast it is not in the centre of Franklin but outside of it there is a waffle house next door and a mc donalds across the street and more places to eat nearby.'

'Upon entering the hotel lobby area, was met with a nice, clean smell. Customer service was great. Room smelled great too and was nice and clean. Beds were comfy and shower was AMAZING! LOVED the shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided! Gonna order me some, it was sooooo good. Pool was nice, but pictures on site are a little deceiving. Breakfast was nice too. Had apple juice only coffee and milk. Staff was present and receptive to my needs. Very helpful and responded immediately. Not an expensive hotel so that was a plus for making my a reservation there. Parking very convenient. Close to a lot of restaurants.'

'The room was nice. The staff at the front desk were the rudest individuals I have had to check in and out with. During checkout the clerk was more worried about what she was doing good on her phone the helping customers. The guy at check in was rude and looked like he was woken up when we tried to check in. Both during check in and check out I had to ask if there was anyone else there. Other than the front desk clerks it was a good experience .'

'Paid for a non smoking room, as I walked to room the stench of weed was overwhelming. Opened door to our room , smell of weed , cigarette smoke and filth was disgusting. Man at desk was super nice.'

We stayed in the room closest to the cleaning staff room so it was a bit noisy in the mornings but nothing crazy. Great experience and so close to Nashville without being right in the middle of everything. Would recommend!!'
