'Terrible service through and through. Beautiful property but the service was so awful that we will not be returning. Also, zero pool chairs available. And I mean ZERO. A nice lady gave up one of her chairs for our family of 5 to have somewhere to sit down with our newborn…'

'Misleading title, damp towels rolled in basket, poor quality beds, poor quality tvs. There was a person on the patio from the main house wehn we arrived. This is not acceptable. The place is a car garage converted so it is not very large. Jacuzzi warm and NOT hot at all. This is a very brief summery, there could more details to accompany. Overall, underwhelming. The area is very nice and it is a great locaton for those that are not looking at the details, many of which are obvious larger...

'This home is absolutely spectacular, warm, and inviting. It is incredibly well kept inside and out. There are several beautiful features that enhanced our stay, including the covered gazebo with an inviting fireplace and outdoor couches, as well as the sauna and steam room. Communication with Meriam was easy, and she was accessible and kind throughout our time there. We truly loved our stay and would highly recommend this home in Woodland Hills. Simply beautiful.'
