'Perfect weekend getaway! Location was great proximity to New Buffalo, if it weren’t for the snow we could’ve walked to Journey Man Distillery (we drove instead) . Home was clean, well appointed and it snowed during our weekend trip, but we noticed that th property was shoveled and salted a few times while we were out and we appreciated that. 'This is a beautifully restored home with rich history and details highlighted throughout. A museum AND a place to rest! Communication with hosts was great, check in was flawless and ample parking. The area seems safe and the home is secure, which is good because the orange room doors are GORGEOUS leaded glass french doors with a skeleton key dead bolt. Lovely stay, thank you!'
