'We stayed at the Breezy pad for a family vacation and it was wonderful. We were able to bring our dog with and the house was very dog and family friendly. We loved that it was close to plenty of beaches and the neighborhood was very family friendly and quiet. We will definitely be making this a yearly family vacation. '

'Great little place with everything you'd need and extras to enjoy like games, a treadmill work station, laundry, etc. Advertised realistically. Good communication. Close to all the things. Safe neighborhood for walks. Quiet, too. '

'The house is charming, with all the extra details to make it comfortable. I stayed four nights with my dog; thankfully they have central A/C because it was warm. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with a large walk in shower. If you have children there is a large clean basement made into a rec room for kids. The kitchen is fully stocked. If you do have a pet the backyard has a 5 foot wood fence. The host, Leonardo, was very responsive and accommodating. I was extremely pleased with my stay. '

'Our second visit here - beautiful welcoming home. Lovely decor, attention to detail, restful, quiet and a wonderful place to stay. The flowers greeted us as we walked up. Easy check in and plenty of space for each guest. 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and plenty of places to rest. The washer, dryer, stove/oven, microwave and stocked coffee were great. We will return. Thank you for the great home. '

'My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. Jason and Jamie were great and I loved how frequently they reached out to make sure everything was alright. Unfortunately, the first night we stayed, there was an extremely loud party next door and I was kept awake for most of the night by men screaming outside the windows & people stomping around the unit upstairs. I'm a light sleeper and could hear pretty much every footstep from the upstairs unit. Thankfully most guests vacated after that night...

'Stopover on a road trip- and the house was lovely! Beautiful neighborhood, met some of the neighbors on a lakefront walk, comfortable rooms and we had everything we needed! The communication was also great. Would stay here again!'
