'A spotless accommodation with good quality coffee in the room. What made this a 5star place was the receptionist. She was very very knowledgeable about the environment, gave us great tips ánd was very welcoming when we arrived (2 hours before check-in time!). '

'Well, although there was a booking issue and I was unable to check in as they close the office after 9 PM I have to say I got an excellent response from Lauren the next morning. The third party booking glitch was explained and they are working to resolve this for future customers. Lauren provided excellent customer service and assured a prompt refund. 'Great, charming old house with loads of personality! With SO much schtuff and numerous nicknacks everywhere, it was surprising that it was as clean as it was; not spotless mind you, but clean enough that we didn’t worry. The breakfast wasn’t bad as it was home cooked. Because there were just a few guests staying at the same time as us, the main food was limited but that was not a surprise. Still, there were other standard options: cereals and bagels, etc. Most importantly, the coffee WAS hot!'

'First of all, when we entered the building we had a deja vu moment...(we stayed here in 2017) and nothing has changed, but that's ok iff it had the same qualities as back then. At least the room was clean, but in the bathroom we had no water in the sink, so we had to use the kitchenette for water. The refrigerators made a terrible noise, the air-conditioning made a noise like a plane taking off. We won't be staying here again.'
