'The host was great and responsive, however the units just need some TLC. One unit had not been cleaned. It smelled of cigarette smoke and one of the bed’s linens had not been washed. Cleaning services came out to replace the sheets within 30 minutes, so that was good. But the smoke smell was bad enough that I went to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies and fabric febreeze to make it through the night. The other unit we stayed in did not have any odors but could have used a cleaning as well. '

'The Villa was not clean long black hairs and dust everywhere dead bugs around baseboards. Stove top has a film of grease and dust. We never use it. Both bathrooms only had 1 1/2 rolls of tissue for 5 days for three adults. We had to buy some. Dryer was dirty We did not feel comfortable in the place. '

'Queen beds and twin beds were lumpy, cheap mattresses. Only one bed side table in bedroom with no lamp, had to move a no switch half broke lamp with no way to turn off except unscrewing the bulb to the bedroom. There was another no switch non working lamp occupying space in the living area too. The toilet flange sat up above the flooring, so had to put a piece of cardboard under front lip to keep it from rocking. 2 of the three smoke detectors were awol. Overall I’d say the owner is satisfied...
