Easy access to downtown restaurants and events. Street is quiet and neighbors friendly, and a Hy-Vee Supermarket close.Be aware that bathroom and bedrooms are all upstairs. If mobility is an issue, be aware of arrangement. Otherwise, property is cozy and relaxing.Would certainly return when I revisit Cedar Rapids.'

'Expect farm feel, not at all. Very inconvenient accommodation. Should just market as sleep room(s). Hotel room would have been more accommodating with amenities, specially for price. Spotty WiFi. Would never recommend.'

'The location is nice, but not worth the high price, the space is too small for cooking a meal and there is not table to sit, so it’s a glorified hotel sweet. They will be watching and if you have one extra person to visit you will receive a threat of getting removed from the property. I live in Chicago and come back to the area to spend time with my nieces and nephews, it was a bummer I had to drop one off just to be able to spend time with there others.
