'Very nice, cozy, well laid out place, with nice touches, very clean, comfy beds. An older property, though well renovated and decorated, has opportunities for a bug or two to get in through door gaps. The couch is elegant, seems vintage, but somewhat sagging.'

'Spacious home in a nice neighborhood with a well equipped kitchen for a longer stay. Large backyard with a dining patio, basketball hoop, games and fire pit with plenty of wood supplied. Just a few blocks away is a paved path along the arroyo which leads to Mariposa park for daily walks. Also just a few blocks away is the Petroglyph National Monument with hiking paths. 'Just what I needed for a work trip'

'Overall, we enjoyed our overnight stay. I rated the price as terrible due to an unexpected and undisclosed charge approximately 7.5 times the advertised rate for one night. I am expecting a refund in 5 to 7 business days, which, while I understand the bank process, I find unacceptable since I was charged without my knowledge or consent. I hope and suspect this was a simple mistake—beware and check the charges would be my only caution.'

'The Casita was wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. I had no hesitation parking my car in the turn around out front. The bed was comfortable and the shower is hot with good pressure. The Internet was a little slow and the air conditioning is achieved from a couple of those rolling portable units that generate a constant hum in the place. Neither detracted from my stay but noted in case they're important to someone else.'
