'Great location My bill is still not being handled properly I’ve been charged for my incidentals on two cards and still not refunded I was charged two amounts and not sure why,or for what , they said they would reimburse me but I’m still waiting'

'Het hotel is typisch Amerikaans ( min of meer standaard uitstraling). De suites zijn een beetje outdated, maar schoon en voldoende ingericht. Ze hebben airco en plafondfans en comfortabele bedden. Het zwembad is vrij klein en weinig sfeervol, maar op de ligbedden liggen heerlijke matrassen en er is een handdoekenservice. Het ontbijt is erg summier en om klokslag 9.00u is het buffetje opgedoekt. De medewerkers ( receptie/ restaurant) zijn vriendelijk, maar niet echt gastvrij en/of behulpzaam....

'This was my second time using this hotel and will not be the last time. This is definetly my go to hotel whenever I go to the Orlando/Daytona area. The rooms are great, the staff is friendly, and the buffet breakfast in the morning is great. I also love how they have 24 hour coffee for coffee lovers like myself. Definetly recommend this hotel!!'

'The night staff member was excellent the morning staff member not so much. The bread had green mold…I have photos. The coffee was totally watered down. Worse of all there was a loud beeping sound outside of room 127 ALL NIGHT LONG. It was maddening. I reported it but nothing could be done. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!'

'Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun.'

'Owners Elena and Anthony are awesome. I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.'

'While it was nice to have a full kitchen and a clean and comfortable bed, the cabinets and/or the carpet had a strong smell that is in my clothes after getting back home (musty, woody?? I don’t know). The bathroom really needed updating, the shower and tub faucet leaked, there were some areas lacking grout or caulk that had turned black. It was ok considering the price. '

'Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. '

'Super cool and spotless!!! Communication with host was excellent, entry was a breeze and we wanted for nothing. Bed was super comfy, all amenities supplied. We had a wonderful stay!'
