Not impressed
The shower tub was broken literary had a crack. The shower had was a joke and the towels had seen better days and we had no toiletries. Bring your own hair dryer also because the one in the room won't help you much. They have no parking available on the premises we had to park on the street. The hotel is three stories high and no elevator. There is a restaurant which was closed on the day we were there.....

Ganz nett und ruhig
Der Service ist ok aber nicht gerade herzerwärmend. Zimmer absolut in Ordnung und mit den landestypischen kleinen Mängeln wie undichte Fenster etc. Parkplatz kostenlos wenn man einen ergattert; dann aber Safe im Innenhof. Ca2-3 km von der Altstadt aber 40er BUS und 24h Supermarkt vor der Haustür. Taxi kostet ca 10-15 Lei aus der Altstadt.

Lits déjà employés, des taches de sang sur les draps et coussins et les linges de bain sales tachés et de restes collés. J’ai pris des photos en présence du réceptionniste.

Quand nous sommes arrivé à l’hôtel, l'agent d’accueil nous a simplement annoncé que nos chambres n'étaient malgré la réservation pas disponibles. les clients de la veille prolongeaient leur séjour. Nous avons du chercher un hôtel ailleurs pour plus chère avec seulement une bouteille de vin de table en compensation.

Secondly,our great partner EXPEDIA offer the opportunity to choose reservations for guests:prepaid reservations meaning GUARANTEED reservations and hoteliers charge the stay even if not show. Or reservation like yours without prepaid and without announcing late arrival(after 18.00). 4 star hotelwithout air condition in summer
the air conditioning did not work, & no hot water for shower & this was the new part (4 stars). in the 3 stars part every room had his own unit of air condition & it works. after i involved you you in the matter , they changed the room the day after, i got hot water, but the air condition was same - no change.. i didn't complain again, just past the night & left in the morning, when i returned few days later , i booked another hotel with you, hotel timisoara & it was good.

A mediocre stay
+ Relatively nice-looking (chandeliers, etc.), clean rooms. Nice breakfast room. It is easy to reach the city centre from there. - Style of the rooms a little to minimalistic for my liking. The staff was quite unmotivated. Most importantly something was wrong with the plumbing in the bathrooms of both me and the friend I was travelling with, leading them to smell rather horribly.

near to the mall you can walk to it.
I had a terrible first night in this hotel. I was put in a new building, so i assumed it was nice. Everything was new. I was told that it was only opened the week before, I just put my bag and went to the mall to meet a friend. We arrived around 2300 and and she went to my room to check it.and left. I was supposed to go to Belgrade next day.,So i had a shower, then i turned on the AC. Few minutes later, i felt so dizzy and wanted to go to a hospital as i felt nauseas. I thought it was the new paint from the building, so i went to the receptionist and told him,i am really dizzy and there was a bad fume coming out from the AC. So he went to check it and when I opened the door, the room was full of smoke, a fire smoke and it was definitely coming from the AC and both of us can see it. I was so scared ,i took my backpack and told him to call the fire brigade. Later on the fire alarm went on, he called the manager.I was really shaking. The manager was asked me if i smoke, i said no ,i do not smoke? He also asked me if i left the shower door open because the smoke will cause the alarm. I said all the hotels does that. I told him its an electrical fault, because when we turned off the AC it had a spark. he keeps on asking me if i smoke,, i said i do not smoke. and he said the next door room was smoking. 3am finally i was put on the same floor still shaking and apologize in the mornin.I checked out, did not sleep properly, and they Charged me 1 night after what i have been through

Struttura divisa in due edifici ....un 3 stelle e un 3,5 stelle... entrambi senza ascensore... titolare abbastanza gentile.....un po' meno il personale.... buona pulizia....nn molto distante dal centro.... consiglio solo la parte nuova

Hotel economico e familiare
Proprietario e receptionist molto gentili e dispinibili. La zona dov'è ubicato l'hotel è periferica e un po' sporca, ma con i bus si raggiunge facilmente e in poco tempo il centro. La colazione è in linea di massima buona, anche se c'erano le uova e non il bacon, e scarseggiavano i dolci. Le stanze sono pulite e calde.

Perfekt für ein Citytrip mit nem Kollegen
Wir waren zu zweit für drei Nächte in Timisoar und das Hotel hat sich perfekt dafür geeignet. Busanbindung (sehr günstig) zum Centrum, Privat-Room direkt unterm Hotel und einen Markt schräg gegenüber. Unser Zimmer hatte zwei Räume und 2 Flachbildschirmfernseher. Seeehr nette Leute dort, nur das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig. Für DEN Preis will ich aber nicht meckern ;)

Average
Most stuff was good but their was a few small things that would have given a higher rating. A more friendly welcome. In the bin their was a tampon!! Shouldn't these things be checked :/. We didn't receive any bathrooms , only one towel and slippers for 2 people. Just simple things need checking.

kurzer business tripp mit zeit die altstadt ztu beuschen, "grausam viel" Sanierungsbedarf, kann aber ausgesprochen schnön werden. Der Stolz lugt aus allen alten Fenstern...
