'This is a gem of an immaculately and tastefully restored farmhouse, set in spectacular olive trees and pine forest. Access is via a long driveway to a house that is about a kilometre from the village. There is total peace at the head of the valley, sitting beside the excellent pool, looking down on the lovely village of Santa Maria dei Guidicci. Sofia and Pierre-Angelo were graceful and very attentive hosts and we highly recommend this unique holiday home.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. The villa is on a large property with its own pool. The bedrooms are great sizes and the bathrooms are large as well. The villa is very comfortable and the outside area is wonderful. The property is taken care of by Happy Rentals and they are fantastic to deal with. I had all the information I needed from them even before I left for Italy and if we had ny issues while we were at the property, Gianluca, responded right away, no matter the time of day....

The house is very charming, but also has great modern facilities like a fully equiped kitchen, window screens against mosquitos, lovely rain showers etc. The view is as amazing as you might dream.
