'The staff was friendly and the hotel is about ten minuted walking distance of a couple of subway stops. Shops and restaurants are close by. The only two problems that I had with this hotel were the breakfast and the bathroom. The breakfast wasn’t that good, especially for the price. The bathroom smelt like cat pee.'

'I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid. My stay was going well until a very serious incident completely changed my experience. While I was out on a tour, someone entered my room, stole cash, and attempted to use my credit cards to make purchases totaling more than €2,500. Although I accidentally left these items in my room while rushing out that morning, this should never happen in any hotel, especially one with such highly rated reviews. What was even more disappointing...

'The room was super clean and very nice for the price , it is fairly close to the center. There were no issues with the property. The A/C was AMAZING. The only issue we had was with parking , you either pay a public garage , or you park on the side of the road and i’m not sure what zones you can park in because we got a ticket for €60. other than the parking situation everything was lovely.'

'Nice hotel with unique private parking. Close to Ciemposzelos. Try and get a room far away from the lobby because it gets noisy and rooms are not soundproof.'
