'A group friends stayed here to attend a wedding in Montgomery. The house is as advertised - clean, spacious, and conveniently located to downtown. A couple of our friends actually had hotel rooms nearby and still opted spend most of their time visiting us in this house!'

'This home was convenient and well-stocked. The backyard was a true pleasure I couldn't get enough of and able to be used in rain under the deck as well as shine. Lots of attention to functional details. TVs in each room and everything we needed. Loved our stay. '

'Such an absolutely beautiful property. The listing in the pictures just didn’t even do it justice! My husband, my niece, and I had such an amazingly relaxing and peaceful time at this Amazing property at the lake! The house was so great, beds were comfortable, and the house was on this large piece of property on a peninsula and we had the whole like to ourselves it felt like.'

'Every year we meet at Lake Martin at my brothers house for a weekend of family fun and catching up! This location was ideally close to my brothers house and was just the quaint size we needed. There were many extras we didn’t get a chance to enjoy, like the cookout area outside with large screen tv and I’m sure in the fall/winter the outdoor fire pit is as cozy as it looks (even in 90 degree weather. Kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you could need! Cold AC and very clean!...

'We enjoyed our stay at Modern Midtown Retreat, it is conveniently located near all the downtown historic sites and only 1.5 miles from our planned activity of kayaking at the Montgomery Whitewater Center. There was ample off street parking behind the house and outdoor space for drying gear overnight. The house was large and very clean in an older residential neighborhood. We encountered only two issues which we managed easily; first, we did not find any instructions about using the house or what...

'This is a verly clean 2 bedroom 2 bath home. The beds are comfortable. You can park your car steps away from the entry, making loading and unloading easy. The hot tub was very clean and large. All the features on it were in working order. It was the nicest hot tub I have been in at rental properties. It was very relaxing to watch the sunrise from the hot tub overlooking the wooded back yard. The host answered all my questions promptly. I had a lovely visit. '

'We needed a place to vacation so we could stay within driving distance to the EJI Legacy Sites (which we highly recommend — as good as or better than any Smithsonian museum or Wash. DC memorial). This house was just beautiful. So clean, well-stocked, and well organized. The dock was very well maintained and had a beautiful view over the lake. We fished and caught catfish and gar. Such a peaceful area. The owner was very responsive to our questions. It could not have gone better! Loved it!! '

'Location was convenient for my purpose. Visiting a buddy from high school who just retired from the US Army and now has a permanent home in Prattville. Just needed a place to lay my head and this place was perfect and only 5 minutes from my buddy’s house. Only issue was GPS took me to the wrong location on a different street to begin with. Once I found the right street around the corner no issues. '
