'Great location, beautiful apartment.'

'We chose this house when planning a trip for a family Memorial Service and were not sure if other out of town family would need a place to stay. As it turned out only the two of us stayed. And it was perfect for a quiet respite after several family gatherings. Host promptly responsive, house was clean, kitchen well stocked - pick up a bag of ice, no ice maker and no ice cube trays. Left a message that disposal in sink not working. Laundry area was very helpful.Only suggestions are inform that...

'Such great access to all you could want out of your Cocoa Beach experience. The room has a fantastic view of the pier, pool, and beach. The walk to the beach is close, accessible, and private. The room is spacious and has all needed amenities!!'

'My family and I (4 adults and 2 children) stayed at My Happy Place for a week. We all had a wonderful time. The home had everything we needed. It was close to several beaches and lots of restaurants and of course Ron Jon surf shop which we visited a few times. Also spent a day at Kennedy Space Center which is about a 30 minute drive. We used the pool everyday. It is a water front property so it’s very relaxing and peaceful by the pool. Home was clean and well organized. We hope to visit...
