'A very peaceful stay in an idyllic setting. Kerama Terrace and Aharen is beautiful. The food is delicious The staff are attentive, efficient, polite and very engaging. We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay. The snorkeling is outstanding as well. Thank you for the wonderful stay. '

'The only thing we did not like is that we wished we had stayed longer. The property provided transportation from the port and to drop us off at the port upon check out. Honda was incredibly helpful, outgoing and kind to us. The property and rooms are clean. A short walk to the main tourist attraction. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We can't thank the staff enough for going above and beyond. '

'This was the perfect spot! I dont drive on vacay but the beach walk path went left to Araha and right to Sunset beaches. I was also able to walk to American Village with no issue. At night when i went to a couple of bar's I liked, I felt safe enough to walk alone(still kept my head on swivel). They had beach towels and free bike rental. The mini-kitchen and supplies were great. For those who prefer they had a washer/dryer in the unit. I would definitely recommend for a solo traveler!!'

But most of all there are real safety concerns. The hotel is occupied mostly by Chinese guests. Staff rarely speak any English with the exception of a few. One night the alarm went off and there were loud PA announcements in the room in various Asian languages but not one word in English. We had to evacuate as the emergency exits were blaring to do so. This created panic as we had no idea what was happening. Having experienced a fire before in my life, I know that seconds can matter. Not having any sense of what was happening was deeply upsetting and a real safety concer for future guests. The hotel apologized when we raised the issue afterwards but seemed unaware or unconvinced about the need to communicate in English about such things. "

"Mooie accomodatie met mooie kamers en mooi groot zwembad.
Uitstekend ontbijt en diner met meerdere opties.
Helaas is het hotel wel een beetje afgelegen maar wel op een mooie plek met een mooi strand.
De badkamers zouden beter uitgerust kunnen worden met een inloop douche.
In het bad douchen is toch echt te klein voor de europese man."
