Perfect for a citytrip in Tokyo! Location is fantastic! From Shinjuku station you can go anywhere with the subway or the bus. Room is small, but perfect for a citytrip. Very clean. Staff is helpfull and very friendly. Morethan Bakery is perfect for a take-away breakfast. We did enjoy the hotel bar & the tapas restaurant as well.

An interesting hotel to stay in, with a very modern feel to the interior and clean modern rooms. The rooms are small, especially if you are used to larger western style room, but they are comfortable and have all the amenities you would expect. The location was the biggest downside, just far enough from any of the major transportation hubs that it meant a walk or bus to get anywhere. With so much to see and do in Shinjuku, the time spent getting to and from the hotel does add up. Super friendly staff who were incredibly helpful!

The breakfast, especially the bread, is not to be missed. The hotel staff are welcoming and kind. The hotel itself is modern and comfortable. The one main drawback is the size of the rooms - would not recommend if you are staying for an extended trip (we stayed for just 2 nights, which was fine). Overall would recommend for short stays.

Loved staying here, it has a great mix of a good locations, a very fun modern aesthetic, super helpful English speaking staff and good amenities. (MORETHAN BAKERY was such a time saver.) The area around Shinjuku Central Park is lovely to stay in as it's not too far from anything in Tokyo (especially if you use busses) but is also in a nice low key area to give you a break from the chaos.

We had great stay there. Breakfast and dinner were lovely. Away from the shopping crowd but within 10 minutes ish walk distance to JR Shinjuku Station and Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Knot in Tokyo. The room is very small, as expected in Tokyo. We knew what to expect and managed without issue. We didn’t partake in the breakfast, choosing instead to eat at the bakery in the lobby of the building. It’s a wonderful bakery and there is lots of seating in the lobby. The hotel is within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants and trains. Taxis are readily availability out front as well. We would happily recommend this hotel and stay here again if we return to Tokyo.

Everything that has been reviewed in a positive manner, lived up to its hype. The Knot is economical, safe, clean, and has the upmost respectful employees who are willing to help with every request to the upmost perfection. They are not satisfied until you are satisfied. The bathrooms had a huge step into them which was quite dangerous. My wife and I are in our 70s and we both stumbled at times. Also the railing on the wall instead of a wardrobe was arkward to use. My wife had to use a chair for her CPAP machine as there was no bedside table, although the room pictured when we booked showed one. The bed was against one wall so I moved it out so I could get into bed without having to climb in instead of over the bed to get in and out of bed.. The location was good and would be happy to stay there again but would go to a larger room option.

Loved the location for our first stop in japan. Beautiful park across the street. 20 min walk to the nearest station. I suggest getting the breakfast atleast for your first morning, super impressed with the options given. Super tasty ! ! !

The hotel area is nice, quiet. But it is far away from west Shinjuku station to hotel by walk 20 minutes at least not 15 minutes as hotel mentioned. I may mot book it again.

Located on the west side of Shinjuku which was much more quiet then the east side of the tracks. If you like a quiter place then The Knot is great. The rooms were comfy and a good size. There are 2 restaurants and a cafe. It was nice to have a bar to get a drink after a long day of exploring the city.

The hotel was only a 10 min walk from the train. The hotel was very pretty. Rooms were definitely a little small but it was an enjoyable stay nonetheless.

Don't be fooled by the fancy exterior! There is nothing 'superior' about the superior room. Very small, second story looking out over an alleyway to a parking garage, and a ledge placed so badly, you can't even stand up in the shower. The nice man at the check-in brought us to the self check-in machines and then guided us through every step. Why not just check us in? And don't even get me started on the room codes - what happened to the good old cards? Breakfast is quite pricey but has a wide and tasty variety.

Nice boutique hotel in a convenient location within the Shinjuku station. Artsy vibes and trendy restaurants, one with an outdoor terrace present variety for dining. Within walking distance you can also find other local eateries and restaurants plus convenience stores so there’s a lot of options.

The park across the street is beautiful! The hotel staff was very helpful; the hotel was clean and the restaurant was very good. I'm glad I chose a larger single room, it was small but efficient. On the negative side, the bed was the worst and most uncomfortable I've ever slept in. And the breakfast was very good but there were many trays of food that needed to be refilled faster for the quantity of people through there.

Clean, comfortable bed. Windows open so you can get fresh air. Good water pressure in the shower, and there is a great little bakery downstairs. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this property at the end of our trip. Compared to the other hotels we’ve stayed at this was our least favorite. We said it was nice but we wouldn’t stay again. But, you get what you paid for the price point. However, we expected a little bit more service and hospitality wise. Check in and out was easy. During our stay we barely interacted with the staff. It’s about a 20 minute walk from Shinjuku station and 10 min walk to Oedo line. Good hotel for a couple of days, nothing special.
