With a floor area of 245 m² (52 m² of which is the patio/balcony area on the 1st and 3rd floors), you can relax in a spacious setting.

The entire building is air-conditioned, so you can adjust the temperature in all rooms—except the 3rd floor—with the push of a button.
*It may take about 15 minutes to reach the set temperature.
*There is no air conditioning on the 3rd floor, so please use a freestanding heater or air conditioner to adjust the temperature.

A prime location—just one stop from Shinjuku Station and a 6-minute walk from Hatsudai Station! On your way back, you can walk to Shinjuku Station and take a train to the terminal station that connects to your next destination without having to change trains!
There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, laundromats, and more in the surrounding area, so you won’t face any inconveniences in your daily life!
