'Overall the stay was good. Our stay was during cold spell, in the living room/sun room area, the heat had been turned off so it was pretty cold the first night. There were no extra blankets to use to be able to sit in this room. The host did supply a blanket and a heater when I messaged him to inquire about the heat. 'The host was very unreasonable about reimbursement due to my grandmothers passing. Wouldn’t recommend staying at pennywell prestige to anyone. Very unfair service and will not rebook ever. I didn’t even request full reimbursement, even a partial would have been reasonable. But the host was very unfair. '
