'No microwave in our room, I thought that is automatically included. Staff’s are wonderful, very helpful, especially the receptionist and the ones at the coffee shop. The grounds are excellent, room needs a renovation, lights need to be brighter. Location is great for golfing and hiking. '

'Quality of breakfast has gone down. I made a reservation for breakfast and ended waiting in line for 20 minutes because it’s the same line with or without the reservation. So what’s the point? Last time I came the hotel guests have a special line to get into the park for early access. This time, again, one big long line for everyone, 45 minutes before the park was open. We spent about 20 minutes in that line with everyone who wasn’t suppose to be there. The security guard was rude too. I walked...

'We had cockroaches, spiders and other bugs. I let the front desk know. I was told management would reach out. No one has. The large cockroach my husband smashed before I took a photo. '

'Lovely hotel unique and very good staff The only recommendations are that they have to give hotel guests prefference in one of the restaurants and make up the beds every day and close the corridor for people who are not staying in the hotel. Very noisy in the corridors in the evening '
