'I am rooting for these guys! It’s a beautiful place and we loved staying in Oban away from the tacky ocean front area spots. We loved the views and the grounds and the library with the assortment of whiskeys. Here is a photo of some highlights! The library and the peacock and the views. Looks like a castle. '

'The location was excellent. It's a beautiful old home. Easy access. '

'We had the family room, situated at the front overlooking the bay of Connel and the highland hills in the background. We had summer weather, what helpt making it fantastic. It's a fine B&B, caring owners of an old building that's well maintained. The frond road can be busy during the day, we had all 3 windows open all night and it was quiet, we had a good sleep. 'Het dekbed was naar ons idee nog ouder dan de kamer zelf, de geur was ook niet uit de kamer te krijgen. Er lag nog eten onder het bed van vorige gasten. Stof hing nog aan de muur en het koud water deed het niet. '

'We hadden een fijne kamer en badkamer en werden vriendelijk ontvangen. Het huis ligt heel rustig en handig dichtbij het centrum. Heerlijk bed!'

'The staff makes you feel very welcome. The room was very authentic and cosy. Breakfast is good, and with attention for personal preferences. Quiet neighbourhood and on walking distance from city centre.'

"Lokatie was top. Om de hoek van treinstation en alle restaurants, winkels enz Hotel word beetje gerenoveerd. Hotel is gevestigd boven een pub maar dat is niet hinderlijk en geeft sfeer. De badkamer was niet echt top en de lampen op de nachttkastjes (met opberg ruimte) deden het niet. Onze nieuwe dure wereldstekker heeft het begeven. Waren 7 stopkontakten. Het bed lag goed en was lekker breed, netjes en schoon. Kamer grootte was net aan goed en beschiktte over een tv. De tv stond op een 3 ladenkastje. Aan de deur hingen hangers om je jas op te hangen. Sleutel overdracht ging in de pub aan de bar. Met vriendelijke toegangsdeur instruktie voor het hotel uitleg. De twee bovenste trappen in het pand zijn erg mooi. "
