'Het hotel heeft alles om geweldig te zijn, goede voorzieningen, prachtige, kamers, goed ontbijt, maar wat is er met het personeel aan de hand? In de ontbijt ruimte was 2 keer een medewerker die ons beide keren geen enkel woord heeft gegund, we moesten maar raden of we thee of iets anders wilden. De receptie was iets beter, maar iets vragen (een wc-rol) werd al direct als teveel gezien. Al met al prima hotel, personeel je gast is een gast, geen lastpak!'

The night we arrived, very late, with the kind enthusiastic permission of Donatella, we came down with Covid! Our first time. Donatella and her sweet husband were so kind to us as we spent 10 out of 12 days there in isolation! The day after I asked where they had purchased a special, fruit-only Blueberry jam, Patrick brought it to our door! They had driven to a town...
