'Het hotel heeft alles om geweldig te zijn, goede voorzieningen, prachtige, kamers, goed ontbijt, maar wat is er met het personeel aan de hand? In de ontbijt ruimte was 2 keer een medewerker die ons beide keren geen enkel woord heeft gegund, we moesten maar raden of we thee of iets anders wilden. De receptie was iets beter, maar iets vragen (een wc-rol) werd al direct als teveel gezien. Al met al prima hotel, personeel je gast is een gast, geen lastpak!'

'Anna might be one of the best hosts I’ve ever had! She was super helpful, communicative, and accommodating. The place was clean and secure as there is an entrance to the suite itself then to the room so two points of entry made us feel super safe. It’s also located within walking distance so lots of restaurants and bars which was so convenient. If you need a place to stay for a couple days before or after a cruise- this is the perfect spot! '
