'My husband and I stayed here for 1 month in September 2024. Carlo met us at the home when we first arrived and explained everything about the home to us. Carlo is a great host! He answered any questions we had about the area. The home is small but it was spacious enough for my husband and I to be comfortable. The home was clean and had everything we needed. 'We can hardly put it into words how great this vacation was. With a group of 13 people we were there for 10 nights. The salt pool, which was cleaned every day, was an oasis of relaxation. A bar right next to the pool was ideal to mix our homemade cocktails and we could enjoy them right by the pool (big fridge!!) Entertainment is provided with a giant golf course, soccer field, a pizza oven that was actually turned on for us by the house keeper so we could make pizza. 8 km away is the beach which...

'Disappointing experience for us. House is moist, really strange lay-out. Low sealings in many rooms. Old furniture which is not comfortable. Bathroom dated, and not well maintained. Offensive art on the wall. Etc etc. on the plus, supporting staff really friendly. And location and view really nice.'

'My party found Angela and Andrea to be ethical, honest and above all welcoming. Angela gave us a list of great local restaurants. What we wanted was to eat locally and get a feel for the country. Pitigliano is a wonderful local, rich in history going back 3,000 years to the Etruscans. Multiple Forts, Castles and Hot Springs are all within 10 miles of the Villa. 'Excellent accommodations. Very clean and comfortable. Very tranquil and serene while still having easy access to Orvieto, grocery, restaurants, shops, etc. Easy day trips to many locations. We had Chef Thomas meet us on our arrival with Prosecco and appetizers followed by an excellent dinner. Highly recommend. The pool was an added bonus and very refreshing after a day of sightseeing.'

'We had a glorious week here with our 3 teenage children. The villa is very comfortable and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Fabrizio was very helpful whenever we needed anything. It is close to the lake and the pool is lovely, so you can find lots to do or just relax at the villa.
