An extra linen set is available for €15 if needed.

IMPORTANT – SIZE AND LAYOUT
The apartment measures 14 m².
Photos may give an impression of more space, but the actual size is 14 m².
Limited storage (small closet only).
Only one window: limited natural light and ventilation; the apartment may feel somewhat dark.
Old building with limited soundproofing: noise from neighboring apartments is possible.
The apartment has not been fully renovated and is exactly as shown in the photos.
Please book with full awareness of these conditions.

Carmes district, central and highly sought after.
Carmes metro station (Line B) about a 5-minute walk away.
Tram lines T1 and T2 about a 9-minute walk away (toward the airport).
Shops, restaurants, and cafés in the immediate vicinity.
Jardin Royal and Grand Rond just a few minutes’ walk away.

PARKING
No parking space included.
Paid street parking in the area.
Recommended car parks: Indigo Carmes or street parking on Rue Montoulieu.

ACCESS & CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Self check-in via a key lockbox.
Check-in from 4:00 PM.
Check-out by 11:00 AM at the latest.
Assistance available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM via the platform’s messaging system (phone only in case of emergency).

We are a property management and concierge service managing privately owned apartments. This is not a hotel. Each property has its advantages as well as its constraints (size, old building, light, soundproofing). Our goal is to ensure a transparent booking to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
