Electronic doors need to be used in the listed way.Rooms are certainly not dirty as our cleaning staff are very good and would not leave a room dirty.We have regular pest control service so I doubt very much if our guest saw a cockroach.

It would be nice if we get a review downgrading us for the person to say why we were downgraded.Then I can do something about what you consider to be wrong.

If there was someone who needed the extra bed then the staff would have assigned room with 2 beds.Rooms are booked at same rate.Did you tell reception that you required 2 beds???

My staff have no record of a complaint by this guest. That is always best as then we can follow up. We have identified the room and it has a bath tub in it. So the comments are a bit puzzling.

Hugh, I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us. I cannot find a booking for a 2 bedroom suite for a "Hugh", this could be the problem. I will investigate how we could have hired a room with defective air conditioner as I am not aware of it. Also, the tv has all digital channels available. For your info we certainly do have bedroom suites.I will certainly talk to the on site manager and find out his side of this event.

I have spoken to our on site manager. He was at reception until 12.30am waiting for this booking. Also on our reception door are THREE phone numbers to ring for those who arrive very very late like this.

If this guest was not happy then it would have been good if he had informed the on site manager of the complaint. At the moment we are renovating, but this will take some time. Also, is there something wrong with providing emergency accommodation??

The whole motel has recently been treated for pests and termites. I have no report of any damaged bath to motel management.

My apologies to this guest. We do try to keep the room standards up but sometimes things like this happen. It was Rodeo time, every room full. Housekeeping staff not turning up for work. Tradesmen almost impossible to get hold of. We do get some guests that cause damage and in normal times we can get fixed but at Rodeo time when something goes wrong then we just have to do our best at the time. It was good to see that this guest enjoyed the meals though. We are checking all rooms this week to ensure they are in good condition
