'The location is excellent. The rooms are older and it starts to show. We could have used a dish brush. Why provide kitchen towels but no soape or brush. Sheets were way too short and the pillows didn't deserved that name. But as said the location is excellent you can walk easily to the main station, city center, the old town. That's something that would make me return here. '

'Leuke locatie in leuke buurt en op loopafstand van het centrum. De omgeving heeft een totaal andere sfeer als het meer chique centrum wat het juist leuk maakt om doorheen te lopen. Het complex ligt aan een drukke straat maar met oordopjes in slaap je daar gewoon doorheen. Alles wat je nodig zou hebben voor een basic verblijf in het appartement is voorhanden en is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor Zürich en omgeving.'

'Location is great for this property and is fairly modern inside.. 17 mins walk to old town and shops right outside. Unfortunately, the listing was for a queen and double bed however we had double bed and single bed which was not enough room for us. Also, no air conditioning or working fans. The temperature in the room was over 43 degrees when we entered. The room was on the top floor. The main room also has low ceiling above the bed because it’s in an attic /loft type setup so watch your head !...

'Spider webs in the bedroom... Mix and match items in the kitchen cabinets. Missing items don't seem to get replaced. 5 fancy kitchen knives but no cutting board. A salad strainer but not a single bowl, etc. Damaged furniture (living room table). '

'Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here.'

'Good location. Only a 15 minute walk away from the main train station and near a local supermarket. We arrived and struggled to put the ceiling fan on. We had been given a small fan which was no use in a heatwave at all. The only way I could contact the host was through email and their communication was not good. They eventually made me aware that the ceiling fan was broke. This should have been fixed prior to our check in. We then asked for another fan to help cool down the room as it was...
