'This was our second time staying here. It is right on the beautiful Treasure Cay Beach. Water pressure was a bit of an issue but that was all over the area not a specific issue with this unit. Ivan lives right behind this unit so very reachable and responsive. We rented a car, rented golf carts and rented a boat. We hit 7 Cays in 7 days. We would definitely rent here again.'

'Comfortable and cozy villa provided a great base from which to enjoy Treasure Cay. Neighborhood pool and beach area were great. Met many friendly visitors. Unable to get a golf cart but found the walk to Bahamas Beach Club to be quite enjoyable along the beautiful beach.'

'My husband and I just spent 10 days in Paradise. The villa was so well thought out with all the amenities and a kitchen that had everything you could need - even a chilled wine holder in the freezer. We had a hard time with flight delays etc. but the car rental Brian recommended was at the airport when we arrived. Brian checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything and his caretaker stopped by twice. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor grill was really nice. I especially liked the water...

'My wife, myself, my brother and his wife just spent the month of February at Treasure Cay, Abaco, Bahamas. The Villa was located in the Beach Villas BVOC. We couldn't have asked for a better time. The owner of the Villa even stopped by to make sure that we had everything we needed. 'This home sits on a beautiful peninsula in Marsh Harbor. This was our first trip to the area, and we found it very easy to navigate. The great thing about the property is the location with stand-up paddle boarding and snorkeling just offshore - and a dock. The home still needs some TLC s/p Dorian, but the ground team is clearly working on it. Our house manager, Taj was wonderful and very responsive. For example, there was no large pot in the kitchen, and she had one brought over immediately....

It had everything we needed, was very clean and well equipped. We appreciated Nick providing us with any information that we asked of him before our arrival. 'The place was spotless and had all the amenities you could require, including excellent kitchen, plenty of towels and soaps, TVs in every room and beautiful view of the ocean. Staff was accommodating and responsive. The restaurant options in Treasure Cay are limited and fairly basic, so if you are looking for more meal options you will have to drive the 35 minutes to Marsh Harbour. Prestige Car rental offers good cars for less than it costs to rent a golf cart.'

'Home was advertised exactly as listed. We had a great stay, and Misty was always available if needed. We had Brenda come cook 2 nights for us which was fabulous! The Bootles got us from the airport and they were lovely as well. Would definitely go back!'
