'This was our second year to stay at Costa D'Este and both stays were amazing. The dining is excellent - 5 star dining with an excellent wine selection. Every person who works there from housekeeping, valet, spa, dining, pool staff - are ALL professional and so so friendly! The spa massages were awesome. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. EXCELLENT!!!'

'Booked a room months in advance with so-called "island view", only got a room with view on trees, room was dark and no view. Requested another room from reception , which was not possible due to a fully booked hotel, refund of my booking was denied and was charged fully for 2 nights!! Also found out that the facility is actually a time sharing facility!!'

'Everything about Beach Houses in Paradise was top notch. When they say they include “everything “ except food, they aren’t kidding. So many activities— we didn’t have time to do everything in the 8 days we stayed! No one was bored.We rented the 3 houses, which were plenty spacious for 23 people to stay. We gathered for dinner at Carpe Diem.Checkin was easy; checkout was even easier (no list of things to do.) Al was a great communicator, responding quickly to any questions we had.You should...
