'Rosa, de eigenares, is 'n schat. Zij regelt alles voor je en niets is haar te veel. Vervoer van en naar het vliegveld (Marco polo of Treviso) is mogelijk. De kamers zijn normaal, maar wel met airco. (deze hadden we ook wel nodig tijdens ons verblijf) Door het hele hotel, dus ook op de kamers, gratis wifi. Alles op het gebied van eten is mogelijk, ook al zou het niet op de menukaart staan, ze maakt het voor de gasten. Het is schoon en buiten het centrum, maar de bushalte is op loopafstand...

Partendo dalla colazione fornitissima e con continui refill ahah passando alla cucina fornita di ogni elettrodomestico o utensile da cucina. Non mi dilungo oltre in pratica la struttura parla da sè. 'We booked a room with three single beds and it would have been fine, but the beds are so short my feet were hanging off the bottom, and I am not even full 6 ft! The furniture (Steel and canvass mostly) is very flimsy and can hardly support any weight. The toilet leaked water with every flush. Not strong on maintenance! The bathroom '

'Modern and stylish interior. Clean. Very safe, all the doors lock automatically. Very friendly owner / hostess. Close to the city center, easy to walk to restaurants etc. AC a little bit noisy, but it works well to keep the room cool and that is definitely needed in the summer in Treviso.'

'Amazing stay in an amazing accommodation with amazing hosts! Everything about this hotel was perfect, will definitely be back if back in Venice again. Lovely views of the lagoon from the balcony, very relaxing. Beautiful room with 4 poster bed and comfy mattress and sheets. Optional coffee and pastries brought to room every morning at time of your choosing, great way to start day! Very close and convenient for boat taxi stop to all parts of Venice. Easy and quick to San Marco and Burano.'

'We highly recommend this apartment. It is spacious, fully equipped and at a great location (just 3 minutes walk from San Marco). Before booking this place we were hesitant because key pick up is at another location, but it was only a short 7 minute walk and we received clear walking directions. The owners were extremely kind and helpful and gave us ample tips for dining options outside of the touristy areas. They responded very quickly to any questions / requests we had. We hope to return soon. '

'Residenza Universitaria Gesuiti College, Hostel and Hotel Visited 18 days in June/July. A bit rustic, wonderfully authentic. The location is sublime. Feet away from the Vaporetto that brings you from and to Marco Polo airport, affords you the view of the lagoon, Isola di San Michele (Venetian cemetery, worth a visit) with Murano, Venetian Glass, in the near distance. 'Hidden gem inside Venice👌. At first little hard to find the apartment complex but with direct WhatsApp contact everything was explained by the host Elizabeth, she was amazing. The deluxe suite( 2 room )we had was very spacious not like others in Venice , clean and new marble badroom. We wil definitief come back to her.'
